Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when you receive the item to request a return. 

Please note — All return items will be reviewed, your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@purposehome.ca and include the following information;

• Order Number
• Reason for return 

Damaged Items

Please note, if your order gets delivered and has defects, please email hello@purposehome.ca with a photo of the defects along with your order number. We will work to give a refund for the merchandise in the form of store credit, replacement or back to your original form of payment upon request.  

Order Cancellations + Changes

We can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it has not shipped. Please email us at hello@purposehome.ca to cancel or change your order.
